Print policy.

Riceandbeanz.net must be notified within 14 days for refunds or exchange. Print must be returned in original packaging undamaged.

Policy on portrait commissions.

Full refund of deposit within 14 days of original purchase. 

Any portraits paid in full will get a partial refund after the 28 day period of original purchase. Remaining portrait balance will be applied to a "downgraded" portrait.
